CNC Truss Panels
Trusses were introduced in the 2022 festival, designed to become a part of a reusable stock to create easy venue spaces
After each panel came off the CNC, it required finishing with a handheld router with a 1/8th inch round over bit to complete tight radii and remove flanges. Each panel was also treated with a fire retardant sealer.
Two designs were made - seen below
One specific to the UAE program - features a star motif.
A generic geometric design meant to enter into stock and become a reusable element
